So... do I need to just dl the .big file into the data folder and then edit a shortcut...

fyi what do I have to actually type in the target?

To use this, make a shortcut to your homeworld2 executable (C:\Program Files\Sierra\Homeworld2\Bin\Release\Homeworld2.exe ) and include the following command line options in the "target" box;

-hardwarecursor -ATI -noMovies -luatrace -mod AFFv8_full.big

The full path should look like this;

"C:\Program Files\Sierra\Homeworld2\Bin\Release\Homeworld2.exe " -hardwarecursor -ATI -noMovies -luatrace -mod AFFv8_full.big

Thanks and btw this mod is really cool... been having a lot of fun playing it ... now hope I can get it going at lan parties.
