Not quite as dynamic as the title sounds, but the first iteration of the AFF webpage is finally up. As most of the content reside sont hese boards, it will trickle over slowly. But feel free to comment on the design.

- Added a matching scrollbar color-scheme
- Managed to transfer over the USN ship-listing, more info to follow

Aslo, I realized I made a slight formatting error, but I'm goign to wait till tomorrow to fix it since it requires me to do some"deep" editing. pace for now
